Both managers seemed very frustrated. The manager taking the order was more concerned about chatting with employee than ringing up orders. I get being busy do to other restaurants in the area being vooked solid and people are coming to Wendy's versus the other big steak chains etc, but that's what it's about. Take orders, don't complain in front of guests and move on
My faith in humanity was restored at my last visit to this location. My order was mis-prepared. There was a young man who clearly had a disability in the waiting area, and he was super excited and grateful when the staff gave him the mistake item. I would have come up if they gave it to me, however, it made me feel good to watch that young man's face light up. Keep your hearts big. The older staff made dealing with the young kids working bearable.
Took way to long for them to take my order through the drive-through. Kept telling me to wait. It was about 4 to 5 mins. And they weren't very nice. I wouldn't recommend that place.
