Overall sad I can’t come into the store to order, but let me paint this picture for you:

I had a super rough day at work today and all I wanted was some chicken nuggets. I check McDonald's, boom all closed. Okay then, let’s do Wingstop. The one in mentor, boom closed. So I drive so fast over to Willoughby’s.

Okay so I go in they look at me I’m like omg what did I do!? I go to order they tell me they’re closed for the night....

Based on the difference in reviews, I was expecting this location to be inferior to the Mentor location. I was wrong! My wings had more sauce, the ranch dipping sauce was larger without an additional cost, my wings actually felt well-done when ordered as such, and there was ketchup easy to grab by the drinks. If I can justify the distance in the future, I'll choose this one over the other location!

You're the worst wingstop around. Couldn't cancel, delivered and charged a different card and now after an hour a big middle finger. I loosely hate your restaurant from the depths of me. Keep up the great work! This still stands, but I got delivery and was missing 1/3 of my order. 20 minutes on hold before updating this post. Ty.
