Ordered online and didn't get our 2 bags of chips and guacamole. Paid for delivery and tip and customer service told me I could drive over and pick it up. Said they couldn't have it delivered for free. Terrible customer service.
Willowick location consistently runs out of guac, fajita veggies, and cheese and it's not even 8pm. The workers try their best but whoever is responsible for buying the food needs to order more because people like me who don't get ANY meat can't just eat rice and salsa. I can't even order to go because they don't tell you beforehand that they are out so you get gyped getting togo. food tastes great when they actually have some. wake up manager, the line was out the door. Ordering online for a specific time means nothing. The pick up window is ignored. 20 minute wait for a pre-ordered pick up. Had to go inside and they messed up my order. Employees not particularly friendly.....food wasn't horrible.
