“The food is excellent! I specifically recommend the Guacamole Loreto w/roasted corn as an appetizer, and Carnitas La Rumorosa as an entree. That entree is easily enough for two meals, maybe three. And this drink! El Verde: Basil puree, freshly squeezed orange and lime juice, sea salt, and Silver Mezcal. Also worth mentioning, they gladly made a plain/simple "just cheese" quesadilla, and they were overall kind about my kid being... a kid.“

“First time here and loved it! The spicy mango margarita was amazing! The enchiladas stuffed with potatoes & topped with shrimp/peppers was amazing! The chipotle queso sauce on it was too die for. Their salsa is one of the best. Service was great!“

“Can I just say I ordered for the first time from Burrito Loco last night. I ordered the chili and quesadilla. Let me just tell you that chili was delicious as I’m sitting here typing this out I am craving it again. I’m definitely excited to try more items from this restaurant.“
“Guys at the counter were great yesterday. Food was good and plentiful. It was quiet (we were the only ones in there until almost finished). I'm so happy this location exists cause it's closer to Mentor than Lyndhurst and a bit better. Also like that they have the shrimp back, whether it's for Lent or not, cause it gives people another option for a Friday meal“

“Had a very nice experience here a young lady name Cierra was very patient with me and helped me all the way down the line Everyone was engaging and gave me good recommendations. I also got to spin the wheel for queso chips. Was very delicious me and my Daughter ate inside everything was 10/10 I will be returning with my family“

“This is my go to from now on rather than either of the nearby chipotles. Lemme list off what makes them better. They have shrimp, they have actual atmosphere and decorations rather than bland corperate blankness. The staff are very hospitable and conversative. Their steak is much more tender, the one thing i do miss is smoked tobasco, but i still use my own at home. Overall i highly recommend trying this place if you have not.“

“We hadn’t been to TB in a while so we stopped. The young man @ the drive in was SO friendly and helpful. Robert M. Is the name on the receipt. Super nice & talked while we waited for the food. I had been to their location one other time and the female was as rude as can be so I stayed away for awhile. Kudos to him!“

“As always people complain about their own stupidity. Anyone who goes to Chipotle knows NEVER order through the window and never order online because you always get less. And never go after 7pm because they start running out of things.
If the workers are mean, its because corporate sucks and expect them to do multiple jobs somehow. And on top of that they track every ounce of food they give people, so everytime you whine about wanting extra meat for free and are given it, the workers get blamed and fired.
As for this location, its my second fav. Mentor by the freeway being the best one. Some people I see don't like the clientele of this location in Willowick (aka they are racist), but I've never had an issue. Sure beats Willoughby, which used to be my fav spot.“
