Poorly run. Portions all over the place. Rarely if ever get what you order (like double protein etc), always skimp on product, and ordering online can make it twice as bad. Employees could really care less as well. If you are really craving it, have at it, if there are any other options, wait to eat Chipotle at a different location.
The tables were all dirty and no one was sitting in the restaurant when we ordered our food.
Walked in and there were no customers . Stood at the counter to order and three employees walked by without saying a word to me. This was after I walked by someone outside on their break who didn’t come in until I left. I left without even being acknowledged. I see why the reviews are horrible.
