Not impressed with this Chipotle location. Been here twice and it’s always super slow and the staff is not friendly (at least at the drive thru window). My food was also cold by the time I got it. Came here on February 25 at 12:16pm and waited forever in line after placing an online order. The lady at the window (older lady wearing glasses) was very rude. They weren't really all that busy. There were people in there but there wasn't a line out the door. I think she might have been upset because she was doing prep and had to come over and make my bowl. She asked me what I wanted and kind of forced me down the whole line as fast as she could. When I said bowl she immediately asked what I wanted down the entire line. I try to consider the fact that most places are understaffed and the staff is underpaid. Still, I can't ignore the difference in quality in our last order. Chipotle burritos are supposed to be a certain size... and this is more like a taco bell "bad day" size burrito. It's probably about half the weight for 2x the price of a hotheads burrito due to the skimping. Just finding fewer reasons to hit up this restaurant nowadays!
