I waited at the counter for 15 minutes without being acknowledged by any of the 6 employees working. The manager (Ebony) came to the register no hello no I apologize for the wait. Simply asked for my order which I placed; deluxe double cheese combo, extra cheese, large fry and drink. I paid got the cup and there was no ice at the machine. Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and a very clean environment. The restaurant has a diverse clientele and a spacious outdoor seating area with shade. The crew is consistently amazing, providing excellent service. The food is amazing; the chicken tenders were crunchy on the outside and tender in the middle. The fries were good and so were the delicious pretzel sticks. Ice cream was very tasty as well. The restaurant has ample parking, including handicap spots. Overall, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a great stop for a casual meal.
