The experience I had at the Loop 288 location in Denton, TX, was incredibly frustrating. While I was trying to place my order at the drive-thru, the staff member, who appeared to be transgender, was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I pointed out their behavior at the window, they started yelling at me, prompting me to raise my voice in response.
