So impressed with this place. My bartender Alec was awesome. Loved the mechanics jumpsuit. I had some delicious cocktails and a shop salad with salmon and grilled chicken. Everything was fresh and delicious. Met some cool people at the bar who are working nearby. The history of the place is fascinating (all about the history of trucking). I ordered to go. I ordered what i usually do. Rigatoni pasta that has moonshine onions in it. That makes the dish in my opinion. Called and asked when it didn’t have any and didn’t taste normal and they checked and told me they were out. So then my opinion would be that dish is off the menu? Or should have told me?
We came on a whim to try something new. The menu is limited which depending on what you want or are in the mood for might be fine.
Ultimately I chose the salmon. Not bad for being a lemon dill cream sauce it’s not as potent as it sounds. Surprising the kale was good but towards the end was overly lemon buttery flavor. The mashed potatoes were good but suggestion would be to serve them in a separate dish.
