The late night receptionist named Terra was so wonderful… word’s cannot express how grateful I am for her…
I was coming home from Kings Island with my teenage daughter, her friend and my infant son when the car started to act up.
We were in the middle of know where and this is the only hotel near (it’s like I was supposed to end up at the hotel)
She was so kind,friendly and helpful
