I went to this location last weekend on a Saturday. I put in my order which was a very simple order where they forgot to add a single cheeseburger. The worker and myself saw on the receipt that is was missing. I handed the worker my card for payment. She went away and came back with the manager. He yelled at me out of his window and said "GET OUT OF MY LINE!!! GO BACK to the end of the line and order YOUR cheeseburger!" I thought this was very rude and I did nothing...

The area this McDonalds is located in is usually always busy and the drive thru area isn’t built to sustain that amount of people that come for food - meaning longer wait times for food or unable to get in the line to order.
We had to wait about 15 minutes to order and then were pulled forward another 15 minutes.

Absolutely NEVER fails that I am asked to pull around— friendly staff but I think they have to be understaffed or prepare inappropriately for lunch rush. It’s almost going to a different mcdonald’s even though it’s further I wouldn’t have to wait. I even tried to avoid this by using the app.
