The experience here blew me away. The chef/owner creates a new tasting menu everyday based on local, fresh ingredients. The pasta is home-made daily. Other ingredients are imported from Italy. The lamb ragu with pappardelle reminded me of Tuscany. The wine pairings were thoughtful and well done. Seating is very limited. Recommend booking in advance.
