My husband & I stopped by yesterday, 10/5/25 and I was super impressed by the young man who was taking orders. In front of me in line was a family-Mother, Father, young boy and girl and a toddler, they were having some difficulty ordering, as English was not their native language. The server, who had sandy blonde hair and was wearing a blue, tie-dye Dairy Queen shirt (around 5:40 pm), was extremely patient and mindful in repeating their order and changing the items that needed to be changed. I was so happy that this young man appeared very calm, even though there was a HUGE line, and made certain that the family received the items they wanted. I'd love for this young person to get the accolades for being a great representative of the Dairy Queen family!! My husband and I are both educators and know the importance of getting great praise for a job well done!

It's a dairy queen, they're not what they were 20 years ago concerning decent food. However, the young man seemed dedicated to cleaning, which was nice to see. Though, chairs had nooks and cranies that had food caked in.

I went here tonight and usually this place has a very fun energy but tonight the guy that was working the register was very rude. He acted like he was in a rush to take our order even though there was no line and when we got our ice cream he just sat it aggressively on the counter and walked away. There was ice cream running down all the cups so we had to clean those off and then I asked for lids for the cups and he just tossed them on the counter. I am not one to review places but whoever this guy was needs to work on his customer service skills.

Don’t get me wrong I like the ice cream same as the next person but when I give an order and get a extremely small item compared to what I got other times when it’s super busy sucks. Not going to throw a fit about it, I just asked to clarify my order and some Karen started yapping at me and I couldn’t leave faster. Pay attention to their serving sizes :l

Worst experience never goto dairy queen in worthington center drive very bad customer service i order blizzard drive through she gave me without lid i asked her to give me lid she started to argue with me that i should ask when i ordered in drive through i told her when someone coming through drive through it means it is to go she keep arguing with me disrespectfully and tell me ishe can give me my money back instead of giving me food keep telling me to take my money back i asked her where us your manager she said i am the manager i told her i wouldn’t hire such person who dont know how to treat customers redicilious service never go back to dairy queen again
