My husband loves this place, and I just don't get it. This is my second time trying it, and the sub I got today was terrible! First time I tried I think it was a cheese steak maybe, I didn't care for it. This time I got a meatball sub, and the meatballs were cold. They also forgot the mozzarella and the parmesan cheese that comes on the sub. It was ordered on the app and the cheese is automatically included unless you uncheck the boxes. Probably the worst meatball sub I've ever eaten in my life, and there was very little sauce. Also tried the new lasagna soup, and it was actually pretty good.

Other locations seem to be a better experience. Worthington location seems to have irritated staff that just want you out. Don’t you dare ask a question. I can say the subs had enough meat but it was so dry because they barely put condiments / toppings on them. Definitely didn’t seem worth the money.

My salad was not just wilted but rotten oozing brown! Absolutely disgusting! Thinking about calling the health department. They should never sell rotten food. Buyers beware. I took a picture to share but can't share it?

Ordered a meatball sub twice in the past month. First time it was absolutely dry. Yuck. This last time maybe 1 tbs of sauce for a 10inch sub. Worst part it was absolutely cold. Even inside the meatball itself was cold. I nuked my sandwich for 90 seconds to have something warm and palatable. As a family this was a favorite place for the last year. Nope not anymore.

Best subs. I love the Italian and cheesesteak……those are the only ones I’ve tried lol. Bread is so good. I like it better than Jersey Mikes. Glad I tried it.
Former Employee was Illegally Terminated they made up a rumor of me being intoxicated never formally investigated it just terminated me the manager who did just wanted all her friends in management positions

for the love of all sandwich please open shop in Dansville ny. no good sandwiches in 50 miles any direction. save the stateworkers stomaches! this is no joke. these people need sandwich heros. they need people who care about food. I've read your requirements and I consider how it seems to you that the location is not qualifyable. I'm telling you though those numbers are meaningless along a state highway that holds the crossroads to the center of all directions the hungry deprived people will come. please help this neglected part of New York and revolutionize food for some of the hardest working men and women. it's a travesty what people slap as a sandwich here. a crime against humanity we need a godfather for food!
