The girl that works the drive thru window is incredibly rude and grumpy . The food tastes as if someone caught the oven on fire ? Everything tastes burnt ?? I do not recommend this Dunkin's .

I went into the restaurant to make my order because the line was long in the drive-through. They let me stand there, 10 minutes telling me they be right with me and never waited on me. I walked out, more interested in waiting on drive-through customers than lobby.

Don’t ever go to Dunkin that is owned by the Patel’s. They use expired coffee beans, the donuts are 2 days old. The food is also expired and no one from Dunkin corporate has investigated. I was a former employee, they also hire illegal immigrants that they pay under the table and do not know how to do their job. The owners own 5 other Dunkins with the same conditions. They have scraped off mold on bread before and served it. BEWARE! Stick to Tim Hortons. Look at some of the reviews with pictures of moldy food. DISGUSTING. How are they allowed to operate, definitely a health and safety hazard

If zero stars were an option, it would be zero. I ordered a sugar cone of mint chocolate chip. The worker said “I think we’re out of that”. I waited a minute and said “ you think or you know?”. He then clarified they were out. I ordered cookie dough. I got to the drive thru window and paid. He didn’t speak to me. He handed me a cup. I asked him for the cone. I watched him put his bare finger in the cone. I’m not even sure what he was doing. I drove off. Not one thank you or anything. The ice cream tasted so bad I just threw it away. How can you mess up ice cream!? This was the first and last time I’ll visit.

When you're just driving through town as you are headed state to state on your journey, you always hope that you can at least just get a decent cup of coffee and maybe something good to eat at Dunkin. Truth is, this location has wonderful staff who surprised me with how they wanted to offer better service, when I already felt they were doing fine, when they missed part of my order. We caught it right away at the window, and they apologized several times and offered to give us something on top of it for the inconvenience. It really wasn't though, but it just shows that some people don't want you to feel taken advantage of, and when you're driving a long way from home it's nice to feel like a simple donut shop cares about you.

I've always had a great experience at this Dunkin' and I've been a regular customer for the past three years. Today was no exception EXCEPT there appeared to be only one person working in the entire restaurant. I didn't catch her name but she was absolutely fantastic, manning the drive thru, the kitchen, and the regular counter. An absolute super star. If anyone knows who was working on 12-29-2023 at around 4:30pm, she definitely deserves a raise.

Servers don’t greet people these days I guess. Everything is online - which is fine - but interacting with customers is a lost skill. Gotta love a cold slice of cheese on my breakfast sandwich too. And are napkins no longer a thing either?

I came for a quick bite to eat, and ordered the chicken wrap. Was nice and hot, tasted delicious. Service was a little bland, employees barely spoke to me when I entered or ordered. Maybe it was a bad day, smiles do help.
