Waited 10 minutes for my food pulling up to the window when no one was there. Literally dead and have 4-5 people working and forgetting to do it. Didn’t get my ketchup either after all. Also since when do you have to pay 3.36 for a bagel with cream cheese and get almost no cream cheese on the bagel. Are they getting paid to actively work against the customer? It was burnt too and still somehow cold. Probably because it took so long
Quick food, great coffee.
You would think in order to qualify to work at Dunkin' Donuts you would need to understand the words: dozen, twelve, and donuts. However this does not seem to be the case at this location. Not only did I repeatedly state the fact that I wanted a dozen donuts multiple times, and in multiple ways - I also pointed to the donuts behind the glass and pointed to each one that I wanted one by one. At that point the cashier pulled out a small white bag that I'm not sure even qualified...read full review

Dunkin' in Columbus may be a bit tricky to reach, but it's worth it for the delicious butternut and toasted coconut donuts. The drive-through is convenient for a quick stop. The staff at this location goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, even offering free items for small mistakes. Despite being short-staffed, the lone worker managed the drive-thru, kitchen, and counter with grace and efficiency. This Dunkin' has consistently provided great experiences, making it a reliable choice for a tasty treat or a cup of coffee on the go.
The ladies who work here, especially during the morning hours, are always friendly and happy, which is not common at other places. The speed of service is fast, and they always make the customer smile, whether it's an iced latte or a fresh coffee and sandwich. The new manager is also super nice and friendly, always smiling at the drive-thru window.
However, the location can be understaffed, with only one person working the register and making the food. On one occasion, a customer's drink was made incorrectly, and the staff member argued with the customer instead of resolving the issue. Additionally, the prices have been increasing while the quality has been decreasing, leading the customer to recommend driving to the Westerville location, which they described as amazing.
