Wife got a simple sandwich, but the associates didn't care then told her she could not remove the lettuce from her sandwich. They were rude as hell to her and then she told me that some lady was at a desk and said sorry but then told my wife that she was not talking to her. How sad of a person you have to be.

I have really liked both instances ordering from this place. They are super friendly and good spirited. My food is accurate and consistent. This is definitely going to be my new go to spot for a quick sandwich. I'm a fan of the distinguished french bread flavor of their sandwiches and have been since my college days. Maybe it's nostalgia idk but overall the people here are great and these days that's really what is making the difference for me. i don't regret spending my money here. thank you for continuing to shine your light!!

I ordered a sub from y'all and I intentionally did not tip because of the $5 delivery fee. well, to my surprise, you delivery driver added a tip to card WITHOUT my authorization. check your credit card receipts folks!

Apparently, cleanliness and hygiene is not important here. Just watched this lady. Scratch your head not change your gloves go over to the meat counter and start cutting the meat. It’s 11:11 Monday. I didn’t even order I walked out.
Better not ask for pickles on the side after order 50$ of subs, the lady is so rude behind the counter: oh also update: while making the food she scratches her head and pulls her pants up, and no gloves got changed.

I'm not really happy with how I was talked to when I picked up my order, there was a girl that was alright, but no one said hi or anything. They asked my name, I gave my first name then one guy butchers my last name, which isn't unusual, so I just laughed and said it the correct way and he says "yeah whatever" while half tossing my bag to me and not making eye contact, saying thanks or bye or anything. I won't be back to this location.
