I want to like this place but it always feels like it's perpetually understaffed. I have been here thirty minutes and still haven't placed a food order. This poor server is so polite trying her hardest but it's too much for one person. Management should do better than to put her in this situation.

Service was good. Unfortunately all the food was extra greasy, and burnt. Was this way for all of our family’s food. 4 dishes.
Over the Counter is a great spot for brunch. The atmosphere is lively, the restaurant is clean and the staff is helpful. It is always busy when I come in. Came here on a busy Sunday morning, and I ordered the OTC breakfast with a Bloody Mary. Delicious. I have also had the burger here. Another great choice. It can be difficult to find parking in the main lot if it's crowded, but there's plenty other places to park around the restaurant on side streets.

if i could give service 0 stars i would. took so long to take our order. forget to bring me my fried pickles. when i brought it up, she told me i would get them. and then she comes back with the check instead of fried pickles. then she switched the drinks charge on the check with my friend. get it together people.

Love this place. Service is amazing and the vibes are always great. Their pretzel bites are to die for! I’m vegetarian and they have a ton of plant-based and meat alternative entrees, along with more traditional meat based entrees. They have something for everyone!
