Cool place! It's a bit of a retro hip diner vibe. We had the veggie appetizer, which was really good with a lighter almost a tempura like texture, which I really enjoyed. They have mostly sandwiches, wings and salads. I had the Cobb salad with french onion soup. The salad was was crisp and cold and the ranch was homemade and really good. The toppings were fresh although fairly skimpy for a Cobb salad. The french onion soup was the star. It was savory, a touch sweet, a bit tangy, had abundant nicely caramelized onions topped with a nice crusty layer of cheese and crouton. I also tried the mac and cheese and it was creamy and the noodles were perfectly cooked. It has more of a Velveeta style cheese sauce which isn't my favorite, but I would absolutely eat it again. The service was good and was clean and very reasonablely priced. I look forward to going back to see what else is good.

My husband and I took the kids for dinner and the entire family loved it. The place is decorated wonderfully, the food was amazing, and we can’t wait to go back soon.

Vegetarian options: The black bean burger here is amazing.

This restaurant’s “seat yourself” policy is perhaps too chaotic for the staff to keep up with. I sat at the bar by myself on a very much not busy Sunday morning. 5 minutes go by before I receive a water (which i hadnt even asked for, but did enjoy while I wasted my time here) and a menu. 10 more minutes later, still no one has spoken to me, so I just got up and walked out. Took myself to Joya’s instead.
Update—stood in a line that stretched out the door at Joya’s and the service was still faster than Over the Counter.

Cool, fun atmosphere. Great happy hour!
Tried brunch. It was ok. Prefer the apps and non breakfast food.

No service with very few customers. Floor is unfinished and bar was dirty. No one greeted us for 10 minutes. What else do you need to know?

Good food, comfortable atmosphere, reasonable prices. They are a local one-of-a-kind, establishment that pays attention to the environment by providing paper straws and cardboard carryout boxes.

A surprisingly great food destination in this sleepy part of Worthington. They had a trivia night going one evening so we sat at the bar. The bartender Amanda is like a breath of fresh air. Sets you up , asking questions and sharing her own stories, and they are funny!

We ordered food, a couple more drinks, chatted with Amanda, and before you know it, our food arrived.
Wife got a wrap and trying to be more health conscious I got the Rte 23 Salad. The salad is delicious especially with the 8oz of Salmon added. All in all, a wonderful local place , with even better personalities running the restaurant.

Our waitress was very nice. I had the Reuben oh my goodness!! Awesome. I always substitute the sauerkraut for coleslaw and it was perfect. The even had gluten free bread so I was able to take one home for my sister.

Coleslawjunkie here.... had the coleslaw as a side with the Turkey Reuben sandwich. The sandwich was generously portioned, tasty, and filling. The slaw was a pleasant surprise. Pros: fresh taste, vinegary sour notes in a good way, excellent moisture level. Cons: VERY small portion, room temperature. Two friends and I concur on a 4 out of 5 heads of cabbage rating.
