I order my coffee almost every morning and 7$ for a cup of coffee and its every other time half cup, foam, light foam no foam i tried all options, I mean, can u follow directions??? Whyyyy??? If i order a venti i WANT VENTI SIZE, full cup! Not half!

I have been coming to the Starbucks for almost a year and I can say that they have amazing service, They know how to make drink’s, and they are super nice every single time that I go in there they’re always nice to me and anyone that go in that Starbucks never had a bad experience with them

I have had 4 bad experiences here in the past month and feel I must finally write a negative review. I have been visiting this Starbucks for 10 years and have had many good, bad and okay experiences, but the continued negative experiences lately force me to write this review.

First please be careful when grabbing hot coffee from them while in the car. I have successfully grabbed hot coffee from windows for 20 years and in my last 2 visit here they have not properly put lids on resulting in me spilling hot coffee all over myself. Service staff was not kind or helpful when this occurred. They didn’t even offer ice. I sustained pretty bad burns and needed medical care.

They have also messed up 2 of my last 4 orders. When you call to ask for help they are unhelpful and have you call the 1800 number.

Overall I will just need to go to a different and less convent location.

Absolutely terrible experience.
Ordered inside 3 beverages.Got two of them in 15 minutes and third one in additional 10 minutes.
