“We were greeted when we walked in. Worker interacted with my children & even gave them a stickers. We ordered & cookies were made up promptly. She showed them to me to make sure they looked okay. Fist bumped my kids & wished us well. Great customer service, great atmosphere, great cookies!“

“First of all, their frozen custard is better than any ice cream I’ve ever had. They offer 5-6 flavors every day in addition to their other menu items. I always notice that the young people who work there are very polite and professional. They know how to speak with adults, and their manners are excellent. When a mistake was made with one of my orders, the management went out of their way to make the situation right. The owners work hard every day to make their business what it is. They are to be commended.“

“This is the worst customer service of any Grater’s I have been to (Dayton and Columbus areas). The guy at the window was rude. My sundae was made incorrectly and when I requested they remake it the way I actually ordered it the server got an attitude. I would rather travel to Far Hill Ave location than ever return to the one in Beavercreek.“
“Wow! This team is fantastic to work with! If you are looking for a great company to have at an event, look no further. I dropped the ball and never messaged them back, but then realized the day before my event that I never got back to them. They worked with me and were still able to make our event with a one day notice. Most companies would just say "no," but not Kona Ice Dayton! They knocked it out of the park and our kids (and parents) LOVED IT!“

“I ordered the 2 with a large drink. And pup cup I was asked to pull forward. They brought me my food no fry I went back in. The girl with all the peircings. Said. I asked u if everything was correct on the screen. Then she gave me a small regular fry
.I get back to the car there is nothing hardly in thr pup cup so I go to take it back in and say I am so sorry but could I please get the rest of the pup cup. Even the other employees were like why did u make it thay small a customer is at the back booth she said what is that suppose to be I side a pup cup the girl with thr piercing went over to the table. And I guess felt the need to start talking and say I guess u can't please everyone how unprofessional. And i was walking away so i didnt hear the rest of what was said.First of all. If I am paying for something I should get it. But to talk about another a customer like that..... it's just wow. ..
I'll be calling head quarters.... and of course. They didn't give me my aide of the cookie dough I ordered but I don't feel like going back in just to have someine talk more crap... next time I'll just go somewhere else. Not here agian“

“Their food is great!! Sometimes the service is slow. The floors are very slippery!!! I sat in a chair and it slid into another chair. My friend started to get up and her chair slipped out from under her. This Freddy's is not the only one with this problem. Every Freddy's I have ever been to has this problem. I don't think it is a lack of cleanliness I think it is the material of the floor.“

“went through the drive thru and it everything was great. fast service my pretzel was fresh af the lady who took my order and helped me at the window was so friendly and sweet. napkins and mints in the bag my drink was made perfect. You all just made this preggo mom one happy lady.“
