Terrible experience. No napkins, gross food, unfriendly staff, tried to charge me for a bottle of water when I asked for a cup. Yuck, someone get this location together. 🤢
The order was wrong and we had to go back for part of our order. Our meals included 2 sides and we only got 1 side. If they would have been busy I could understand, but we were the ONLY customers in line or in the restaurant.
Order was wrong. 2 orders of chicken tenders for the kids and an extra side of mac & cheese were not in the bag. All told, $12 of food missing. Went back with receipt to get missing items. Staff insisted they did not mess up and would not give me the food I paid for. VERY disappointed.

However, there was a mix-up with an order of all XTRA CRISPY chicken instead of original, causing some disappointment. Despite the initial mistake, the staff eventually replaced some pieces, albeit with a bit of reluctance. Overall, KFC provides a tasty meal, but be cautious with specific requests.
