Aahar is one of the nicest, most sincere people you will meet in Yellow Springs. He's an absolute joy to talk with while deciding on which delicous meal to order. The food is amazing and has so much flavor. I ordered Saag Paneer and it has the perfect balance between the Saag and Paneer. And spice is definitely there as I ordered mine with the highest level of spice the Chef can go.
