Ye Olde Trail Tavern Reviews
Nice place to stop for lunch, and pick up some swag (T-shirt) along the bike trail! Great blue cheese hamburger, always a fun place to go for some foamy pops. Will be back in October.

No service. Waited 15 minutes to be seated which is normal anyplace. We then waited 20 minutes at our table without anyone even speaking to us. It wasn't particularly busy. Several had time to be standing around doing nothing. We just got up and left. The fish looked good though.🤨

Ye Olde Trail Tavern is a recommended spot with a nice atmosphere and plenty of space. The food is outstanding, with highlights including the German potato salad, Taco Salad, sausage items, and pickle fries. The patio is very nice, and the service is prompt. The restaurant offers a range of vegetarian options, including veggie burgers and a grilled cheese sandwich, and is wheelchair accessible through a side door. Customers praise the delicious food, great atmosphere, and convenient location for a post-hike or walk-around-town stop.
Customers have recently enjoyed the turkey Reuben, which features roasted turkey breast chopped and mixed with homemade sauerkraut, as well as the Reuben made with Bratwurst, called the Hafner. The warm German potato salad and creamy, vinegar-based coleslaw have also received high praise. The soft, warm pretzel sticks with bier cheese were a hit. Servers, such as Whitney and Ellen, have been described as accommodating and gracious.
