“Flew in from California on a red-eye flight drove to Youngstown and all that was open was Burger king. Ordered my food got to the window and to to my surprise Celeste greeted me with a welcoming smile and awesome spirit which I welcomed after my exhausting travel.... although our conversation was short Celeste (waiting for food prep) showed eximplery leadership, her Team in high spirits and overall pleasant environment (at 5:30am mind you)...as we all know "You are to lead by example" and she possesses ALL those qualities...THANKS again Celeste and crew ...will definitely be seeing you soon.Respectfully,Ms. Pamela Norwood“
