“I went through the drive thru yesterday and G was working the drive thru and let me tell you it was a rough day but hearing this man's voice over the speaker lifted my spirits....very polite very patient and you could hear the joy from his heart...then of course when I came around to the window he opened the window and I was greeted with kind words and that smile...the whole time we were there that smile never left his face...it reminded me of a good lesson life gets tough but always remember to be kind...he touched my heart in less than five minutes....great food fast and amazing service....keep up the good work G...you are an absolute gem“

“I wanted to write a review this morning because I had a pleasant experience at this Burger King. I especially would like to highlight Sonia. As I walked in, I could see that they were short- staffed this morning. I understand that not having the staff you need to be expedient at a fast-food business can be very stressful. But Sonia was level-headed and calm under that pressure. She was as thorough as she could be, and graceful. If I had more experiences like this at other places of business, I would frequent them more often. I commend Sonia for her attitude, and hope that she is recognized for being an excellent employee.“

“I can honestly say that I eat from here way to often so I can verify that it's a great place to grab a bite to eat.The staff at this location are awesome and make quality fast food ? the turnaround is typically super fast even when packed and the quality is 9.8/10 every time, and that's just because we know you've seen the salad and just happen to forget about it every time lol ?I have built up a lot of trust that it's done the right way the first time and I'm yet to be disappointed after 2 years of eating here. I look forward to the next time I'm going for food because they're going to be my first choice. Keep up the great work day & night shifts ???️“

“I'm very LATE posting this WELL DESERVED review. I've been going through the drive thru here for months now and have gotten THE BEST service and food! It's HOT and they have amazed me with the amount of EXTRAS they provide without me even asking! talkin' CREAM and SUGAR people! I'm VERY Stingy about frequenting restaurants, but they're making it hard for me to keep it up! If they keep doing things this way, I won't stop driving thru!“

“I visited on Sept 14th around 12:30-1pm during a lunch rush. Not only were the employees polite, they got my order made quickly & correctly. Not all burger king locations are the same, this location puts the cuyahoga falls State rd location TO SHAME. That's just me being honest. I'm making sure I leave a good review because fast food employees who care to greet you & get your food out correctly aren't always the standard these days. Shout out to everyone on staff the day I came in, working as a team to get through the rush. My food was good & so was my experience. May their bills always stay paid and money stay in all their pockets!!“

“After service so rude from Freddy's (across the street) we canceled our order and had our faith restored in humanity by the employees at this store. The woman who took our order was kind, respectful and went above and beyond to check to see if you had spicy chicken fries. Entire staff was pleasant and food was fresh. Had to state how much we appreciated it after the horrible service at Freddy's. Thank you BK crew!“
