I stopped at this Dunkin’ donuts this morning and ordered an extra large coffee with sugar free French vanilla and almond milk. When I got to work I took the lid off to find this gross cup of coffee with curdling in it. I called the donut shop and told the girl what I had encountered. She basically scolded me and said the almond milk had a good date on it and was not expired. Basically belittling me for calling and complaining. Stopped on a Friday morning to get an iced coffee. Was told by a very unfriendly woman that they were out of large cups. This isn't the first time that I've encountered poor service at this location. Easily 50% of the time the order is wrong and definitely need classes in how to speak to customers.
