Expect the staff to give you a week old lobby freezer cake that taste extremely freezer burnt after they scraped the old writing off to put the new writing on and expect the manager to give you an attitude and tell you he won't refund you but give you a voucher for a future cake. “Even on a stormy & cloudy night, a Dairy Queen visit will bring smiles to everyone faces. “Nick's DQ is a throwback retro style DQ. He and his team are always friendly and courteous. Some may not agree because they can get overwhelmed at times at peak hours but they will always treat you with the utmost courtesy. My family and our four fur kids made going there a regular event during sunny summer days, and Nick would always be welcoming. Sadly we'll be hard pressed to find another DQ like his, since we're moving. We'll miss the good treats and good times.“

“Worthy of it's 4 Michelin Stars, this DQ is above and beyond laverish! The service is impeccable and unmatched, the wait staff treats you like an old friend. From the woman at the coat check-in, to the chef bringing out the food to thank you for ordering, everyone goes above and beyond. “This is the worst DQ in our area. blizzards are always down from the top a few inches. We use to go there all the time and stopped going because of this reason. stopped on April 29 and could not go inside for some reason. tried the blizzard again and same result. Do yourself a favor and go to Canfield, Austintown or Columbiana. Extra nice places.“
