Periscoop Submarine, also known as "Down the Hatch," is a neighborhood bar with excellent service. The staff, including bartender Kirsten, are commended for their attentiveness. The food, particularly the subs, fried mushrooms, and wings, is highly praised and considered a great value for the price. Even pregnant family members were able to keep food down from this restaurant. The atmosphere is cozy, and they offer wheelchair accessibility with a ramp at the door.
