Taco Bell in Youngstown

“Credit where it's due! Friendly staff, fast service, well-crafted and piping hot food. Gentleman on the speaker at the drive thru asked me how my day is going. It's the little things in life, my expectations are low with businesses these days who only seem to care about your money and don't want to try to provide a decent experience. This taco bell beyond-exceeded my expectations and I appreciate their efforts. Usually my tacos are a mess and falling apart (not this location), it takes an effort to actually make things with care. They are hitting all the bullet points on customer service. Well done!“

“Picture it. I happened to stumble across this Taco bell, while I was lost. It's around 11:30 at night (08/30/2024) my phones dead, I just left the hospital (in youngstown!) and wanted to go home. I get lost and go 30 minutes the wrong way from my home and luckily came across the nicest crew possible at this taco bell! I was sobbing hysterically because I was lost and tired. The manager immediately offered me kindness, letting me use their store phone and giving me a charger. She made sure I was comfortable until I could wait for my family to come help me home. She let me sit in the lobby until they got there. She checked on me quite a few times! My mom came to my rescue and she orders tacos to go since we are there and deserved a treat after that stress. We get home and the tacos are the BEST taco bell tacos I've EVER had! Nothing stuck to the paper, good portions on the shells, on top of the extreme kindness and generosity they showed a complete stranger in the middle of the night. If I want taco bell again, I will absolutely drive 40 minutes and past the other 10 taco bells on my way to this one. You guys seriously rock! Thank you so much!“

“Good TB. Person in front of me ordered $53 worth of food and I thought I’d be waiting forever in the drive-through line. However they were quick and I wouldn’t say there was any delay at all. I appreciate that kind of service and of course the food is typical Taco Bell food and it was presented nice and it was tasty. I hope the Caliente sauce is here to stay.“

“Usually I have no issues with drive-thru service but my late visit on 1-23-25 was disappointing. The young man at the drive-thru window never said a word, didn't receive the packets of taco sauce requested, burrito was hot but the taco was cold. Not my usual experience...“

“Food and service was great. The cashier weirded out us a little bit. She was kept staring at us but at the same time she was falling asleep. We tried to keep our distance but the worker started to clean the table next to us and then she fell asleep standing up for a few seconds. This happened again a couple times. Maybe she didn’t get enough sleep or she’s tired. Not sure.“

Had a mobile order that, unfortunately, they didn't have the "special" new item for --- they notified me immediately, made sure to replace the item with exactly what I wanted AND still give me a coupon for a free taco next time I'm there. Fantastic, fast, kind service. And the person operating the window had incredible nails! Super fun to look at.“

“Crunchy Taco Supreme and a Burrito Supreme is my go-to combo. They are nothing like tacos and burritos that I've gotten at Mexican Taco trucks down South, but for fast food... it's pretty good.

The restroom needed some looking after.“
