Do not come before appointment. Because they will only unload you on time at your appointment. Yes they do have overnight parking.

For carriers. This company charges late fees for pick ups. ours was 180.00$. Due to snow/ ice road was closed in PA went check 2 hours late. They don't load if no comcheck or cash given. Stay away.

STAY AWAY, SCAM ALERT CARRIERS. This mf receiver charges late fee 180$ even you are late 20 minutes. Although I came 4 hours earlier at night i parked and overslept for 20 minutes over appointment time. They makde me wasted 2 hours for not accepting comcheck for late fee without paper check on hand. I found one from one of trucker than ignorant lady refused because it should be not blue one it should be green colored one. I went to Loves 9 miles east, got green colored comcheck and drove 9 miles back. It was night mare. The office ladies both rude and ignorant. Their attitude is horrible. I waited at door 1 hour waiting without my seal get cut. Only the good thing is unloading guy. He was honest and fast 20 minutes. Thanks man. First and last time here.

I've been there twice first time, ok arrived early, put me in a door, in about an hr 45 mins later called and moved me to another dock and door, took over an hr to unload. The second time arrived about 15 mins before what I was told was the appointment time, to be told I was 28 hrs late and charged $180.00 late fee told " we will work you in sometime tonight" , after 5 hrs went in to see how much longer, took 45 mins to get an answer and put in door, 30 mins from time I was given door number until out the gate.

One of the best places to deliver and pick up.,hard workers ,very helpful humans being here. From office and the warehouse.Came to deliver by 11am ,job done by 11:40 am. Thanks so Much.(drivers don't forget to grab your driver licence )u will need it for check in.
No overnight parking inside gate however there is some street parking…if you dare. But once you get inside beware of prickly receptionist who will not take your paperwork until you park your truck correctly even though there is no signage to indicate where or how to orient your truck (only cones which don’t speak). I was one of only two trucks there and she immediately gave me a door after I came back from “fixing my parking” guess she was on a power trip….at least I was unloaded quickly & early so that’s why I gave them 3 stars.
