McDonald's in Zanesville

“Tasty food, clean restaurant. The tables had embedded screens that the kids could play on while waiting. In the middle of our meal a large group came in and used the restrooms without ordering and then the sewers started flooding out into both bathrooms and the kitchen. The staff handled it very professionally, letting us know what happened and asking us to leave when we finished eating. They closed the dining room and appeared to be closing down the whole restaurant as we packed up and I saw water rising in the kitchen. Sounds like this was not their first rodeo with this issue, so it may need a larger fix.“

“We traveled to Zanesville and decided to stop here for lunch. Best $11 spent for lunch my 2 year old was all red faced and sweaty when we left it was a good time and memory. We ordered table side service and everything was brought to us to avoid me wrestling two kids ordering food.“

“Not sure who the night manager and staff are at this McDonald's. But they are fantastic. I left the hospital last night at 1:30am. Went through to get a sandwich, fries and a coffee. Got to the window and the manger said I tried the coffee, it sucked and the fries aren't hot. So I'm making a new pot of coffee and a fresh batch of fries for you. That's freaking amazing customer service. They could have easily taken the easy way and gave me old coffee and cold fries and sent me on my way. They went the extra mile to deliver great service and fresh hot food at that time of night and should be commended for it. So thank you!“
