Customer service at this establishment is terriable waiting to hear back from corporate. I ordered my food through Doordash would not allow me to add cheese for my fries called store to ask nicely for them to add. Manager said yes as a 1 time deal employee proceeded to tell me this...Then goes and states I'm not calling you a liar but other people have ordered cheese sauce using Doordash and maybe you should double check... it's not through Doordash it's through Uber eats. The restaurant could improve on its service, but the greasy food is undeniably excellent.
