I usually come here instead of Maple because the people are nicer, & I get what I pay for. Today, I ordered cold foam on my drink, and there was so little in it that I literally didn’t see it and tried to hand it back through the window and said “Oh sorry. I ordered cold foam on this.” The woman working the window poked the lid and said “It’s right there!” And practically rolled her eyes at me. The young lady who helped us with our order was just wonderful! She was the best at recommending something I'd like! With only a few questions about my flavor preference she nailed me and my caramel cold brew was just perfect! Thanks for the wonderful service and good good doughnuts!

I ordered on Doordash and while my first order may have been wrong, I called and they were so polite! (Thank God because I have baddd phone anxiety) They remade the sandwich they had wrong and even remade my drinks even bigger! Really went above and beyond.
