Tom's Ice Cream Bowl is absolutely delicious and delightful. Inside and outside dining. The inside reflects days gone by and a soda fountain atmosphere. Big menu. We had cheeseburgers with tots and a hand packed chocolate peanut butter ice cream cone. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Facilities good. Plenty of street parking. We took some yummy dark chocolate caramels home. Tom's is a great halfway stopping point between Pittsburgh and Cincinnati in Zanesville....
