“We went in tonight for dinner, and let me tell you, the customer service, the food, the wait time was all perfect! We went in and the app was not working, when I tried to scan for my burger. The manager Ryan, came up and comped the second burger I was trying to get with my points. Not questions asked. Me and my husband were greeted with smiles, no one complained when my app wouldn't work, instead they just honored it. Shout out to Ryan for even going the extra mile, and providing us with a box for my left overs (he brought it out to the table with out me even asking) I seriously have never had such a better experience in a fast food place in Ada!
Just a reminder, these are people we're talking to. Most are probably teenagers. Please be kind. This restaurant is brand new to the area. A little understanding from both parties goes a long ways!“

“Best Applebee's I've ever been to. Highly recommend. Brooklyn, Becca and the staff are next level. It they need a training store, Ada is that store. Great, great service, great food. And a great left hook. They understand that. 👊❤“
