“As we all know, Chick-fil-A is known for their great customer service. But this time they went out way beyond customer satisfaction. I’m a truck driver and I was passing through town close to their closing time.. so I called this specific store 14 minutes before the closing and told them if I can put a request over the phone and come pick it up right at 10 PM. The team was very understanding and had my order ready for pick up right at 10PM

“First time ever stopping in I’m from out of town there was a lady come out that was super friendly I explain to her the first time and she went out of her way to do all she could to make my first trip the best trip I got the daily special got me a slice brisket with a side and a sweet tea and I loved every bit of it I will definitely be returning“

“Food is always awesome. It’s a high turnover job position so you never know what you are getting as far as customer service, but most of the workers are friendly. Only had one instance where you could tell the fries were the end of the lunch rush and they were pretty gross and crispy and dry by the time I got them at 230. Other than that, it’s a multi chain restaurant giant. It’s about what you expect.“
