From start to finish, she was professional, well spoken, kind and genuinely respectful. After handing me my order at the drive-thru window, I asked if I could have a small cup of water that I hadn't included with my order. Without hestitation, she smiled and gave me a larger cup of water with a lid and straw. It's small acts of kindness and service like these that speak volumes about a person's character.
