“So sat down, got drink order pretty quickly, put food order in for the lunch special. Watch 3 other tables get sat AFTER us. Then watch those tables get food before we got anything. That's after waiting almost 30min, so by then lunch wasted and didn't even get to eat. Not pleased, not likely to return.“

“Our first time to visit & it was really tasty. My Sister/Friend Rhonda treated me to a delicious meal today, a Tuesday around 11:30am. The daily special was a large chili & bean burrito. It was spicy but not too much with the green chile sauce. It was accompanied by a small slice of chocolate chip pudding cream pie that was rich enough to justify a smaller slice than expected. When we saw the pie & the size of the burrito topped with crunchy Fritos; we both wisely cut our burritos in half. Half for a later meal was a good to-go benefit & our quick & helpful waitress expediently accommodated us with containers. I hope to visit again in the near future! I want to wish the Personnel & Customer’s a Happy & safe 249th. Independence Day celebrations!🎆“

“Why have I not written a review by now? We are vegan and trust this place to keep our food ‘cootie free’ - that is huge! But what is almost even better is the waitress we love! Meg! She is so stinkin’ fabulous! She always is so kind, uplifting, helpful and makes perfect recommendations on drinks and food (vegan safe and she is reassuring) . Her giggle! Is fabulous and the best back ground noise EVA!! She remembers our preferences no matter how long it has been since we have come here. Great food with service that makes us tickled to return! We love it here! Thank you Meg for always being so fabulous! Thank you Anchor Down for having such great vegan options cooked separately - for being so thoughtful and considerate. “We had the most wonderful experience and food after a long day of rodeo at the Lazy E looking for food at almost 10:00pm for six with 2 kids under 21! When one of our party went in to investigate food, Heidi volunteered after discovering we had two minors to come out and take our order, deliver beverages and continued to check on us and brought us hot, delicious and plentiful food with a smile despite the time and temperature! She’s an amazing asset to this establishment and we plan on returning again before our departure! Can’t say enough good about Heidi💜💜💜“

9 months now unfortunately I plan on moving in the next month or so,
I want to put a big shout out to Kyle, Tara, Memory & Gyle they all work very hard and every single one of them should be promoted to store management positions or something special for how hard they work!
Can't get employees that work harder than they do it's just not possible

I would have quit coming in a long time ago if they would have quit working there the customer service and quality of the food is just not the same if I go any other time during the day or even if I go to a different location.“

“In my adventures this week, I'm in Oklahoma City. I don't usually stop at burger places, but I kept seeing a sign for Brauns burgers. Alright, never heard of them, I'll give them a try.
I walk in, and immediately notice a little grocery store area. That was totally unexpected, I was expecting a restaurant.
I ordered my food, and it came up very quickly.
I decided to try their mushroom burger with bacon. Never had that before. And let me tell you, I'll never have it again. That does NOT WORK for me. Throw in mayo and lettuce, this doesn't work on a mushroom burger. I ended up picking the bacon off.

I tolerated the burger. The fries, I'm not a fry person but they weren't too bad with the dipping sauce.

I'd come back and try something else, but definitely not the mushroom burger. They were so quick!!

“Good Braum’s. I mainly stop in for the market section. It is always clean and well stocked. Their milk is much fresher than what I would get at the grocery store down the street, so I come here often just for that. The only downside is they do seem a little understaffed at times, and I’ve noticed there’s almost always a “now hiring” sign out front, so it looks like they have trouble keeping enough employees.“

“The waitress listened and got it right I order 2 eggs 4bacon toast and pancakes she was the first waitress that didn't change what I asked for when I go places like ihop they try to give me a meal and ends up giving me 3 bacon instead of what I ask for but I rarely make a big deal about it“

“We had a wonderful experience at the IHOP in Orlando Universal Studios. Food was great and the service and hospitality was outstanding. I want to especially compliment Mimoun-Chouikhi for his incredible hospitality but also for his kindness. We had accidentally left our wallets in the hotel and he was so kind to let my husband run back and get his wallet. I was not feeling well and he let both of us go. He didn't make us feel bad. That kind of hospitality needs to be celebrated. That interaction made us IHOP fans for life.“

“Everyone is so kind here! We happen to get Bradley as our car hop and order taker very frequently, and he’s just the sweetest guy! He makes the BEST breakfast burritos, he never disappoints fr. They have made our food right every-time, and it’s always very fresh and visually pleasing! Not to mention delicious. Definitely one of the best sonics I’ve been too when it comes to consistency overall.
