Service was better than the food. But it is conveniently close to the hotel.There are lots of choices on the menu. I ordered the standard burger ? and was not impressed. Definitely would get something different next time.It's an Applebee's, so expect that level of food.Would I go back? Possibly. Depends what I'm hungry for if I'm ever back in the area.Hope you're burger is better than mine and...enjoy!!!

Well when we were here a waiteess and customer got into it and it was thebcustomers faukt but she took it a little far and pulled the customers wifes hair and was escorted out. The place itself was trasg3d food on the floors and everywhere when we were finally seated. They didnt have enough staff to work. Was pretty decent after the customers were escorted out though. Good entertainment for sure lol

I came and picked up a to-go order earlier today of two orders of pasta. I have no problem waiting and paying for great food. I waited an hour for the food to be done and the waitress told me it was because the pasta was still cooking. That’s fine but how was it still cooking if everything was cold? Those two orders definitely weren’t worth $40. I have a feeling the bartender with blue hair was lying about the food still being cooked. I think it was already ready when i got there but i can’t prove it but it was cold.

Waitress never smiled once the entire time we were there. Needed a refill she took our glass and I had to ask for it 10 mins later. Our order was wrong so we asked for a side of mustard . Took her another 10 mins. Food was cold by then. We paid and she brought back the wrong change. Needless to say we won't be back.

Just celebrated my mom’s birthday here after the Diana Ross concert. We sat at a high top table in the bar area. The restaurant was not very busy. We were sitting for about 7 mins. While sitting we made casual conversation with each other we saw 3 waitresses stand at the far corner of the bar staring at our table. We were the only ones in our area so there was no mistake they were looking at us. They were talking to each other and kept looking in our direction then the hostess joined them. We continued to watch the college basketball ball game on the television and talk to each other. I looked at my watch and noticed it had been 3 more minutes. The hostess walked towards the bar area so I called for her and asked her who or waitress was. I turned around and the waitresses were still standing by the far end of the bar. One was drinking a dark soda, the other putting on chapstick - both of them looked in our direction and continued doing nothing - remember I said there were not a lot of people in the restaurant. The hostess oh I’m not sure. I asked is it one of those ladies that aren’t doing anything. She said I thought it was supposed to be.A waitress from another section came over and said I heard you ma’am and I want to apologize for no one waiting on you yet. I’ll take your orders. We asked her was this her area and she said no but I don’t like to see people at a table not being waited on and from hearing you it sounds like you guys have been waiting a awhile. I asked her why didn’t the other waitresses come over. She said I’m not sure but I’m here now. I’ll help you guys.Food - 5 stars The food was great! Someone kiss the cook. Service -5 stars - Our waitress Mindy was amazing and took care of not only our table but several others while those same waitresses sat and watched her work. We spoke to the manager Brenda to express our complaints about how it made us feel. Brenda also told us that AppleBees doesn’t sing happy birthday but we could do it ourselves and do whatever we wanted. Since when did AppleBees stop singing happy birthday. ??♀️ Our waitress came back afterwards to bring our ticket and said I tried to get some of the others to come sing happy birthday to you but they wouldn’t. I told her the manager just said they don’t sing happy birthday. She said since when.?Atmosphere - 1 star The women’s bathroom was dirty and stall one didn’t have toilet paper. Instead of these two ladies doing nothing besides stare at our table - they could have been cleaning the bathroom and stocking it with supplies. Dirty carpet in the bar area with stains.Atmosphere - 1 star - So to make it seem intentional that these two waitresses didn’t make an attempt to wait on our table — 2 couples were sat near us at the other two bar tables and the waitress that was standing and staring at our table quickly appeared at those two tables to serve them. It’s really sad to think it was about color with those two waitresses but the other two tables were not the same color as we were.I am a manager as well and I hate to see people clocked in not doing their jobs, and I don’t like to see people mistreated so I wanted to leave a review. So the overall ratings is because of this experience!

We came to Applebee's for a late dinner and when we got here they told us the system was down and they only accepted cash. Which was alright so we decided to stay. LET ME STATE OUR WAITRESS AMAZING. However there where multiple tables and only one waitress for the whole place. The Manager never got up to help the waitress on her tables. Even when she went to the restroom to cry the manager still sat at the back table the entire time. Leaving the poor waitress in a constant loop.Managers should be better.

Horrible service!! Waited forever for my food after its taking forever to get my order taken, for them to tell me that they served my food to another customer and they would have to remake mine. Safe to say I will never be back, and you are a fool if you spend your money there.
