Had our water and menu pretty fast. But waited and waited for server to come take our order. He was sitting over by the bar on his phone. Bartender girl had to go tell him to wait on us. He had no other customers.

Applebee's Grill + Bar offers a convenient dining option with a varied menu, though the quality of the food may be hit or miss. Recent improvements include delicious dishes like bourbon steak and blackened salmon with broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. The atmosphere is now cozy and cleaner, creating a more welcoming environment. Service has also gotten better, with servers now doing a great job of taking accurate orders, serving quickly, and paying attention to customers, which has made the overall experience more positive. The restaurant remains accessible for wheelchair users. While some customers experienced slow service and issues with initial acknowledgment, the recent visits have shown noticeable progress. The staff, including new servers, are making efforts to improve, and the food continues to be fresh and hot with no complaints on that front. Overall, Applebee's provides a typical experience with improvements in food quality, service, and cleanliness.
