First time here, met with friendly and great service. Will definetly come back the next time we come to town. I tried the seafood enchiladas and loved them (did not care for the cilantro rice as much). My wife had the carne asada and really enjoyed it. The steak was grilled right, still juicy but not bloody and the grilled onions were seasoned and tasty.
Casa Romo is always wonderful. We have gone here for date night, monthly girls' night, even having larger meetings and fundraisers here. The staff is always polite, well trained, and exceptional. The food is amazing. The drinks are magnificent. I can't think of a reason not to go to Casa Romo.Vegetarian options: We often have dinner with a friend who is vegetarian. He always suggests Casa Romo as it is a place he had never had a problem.

Being a native Texan, I am suspicious of Mexican/Tex-Mex food served in any state that does not share a border with Mexico. That suspicion proved fruitless in this instance, Casa Roma is wonderful.My wife and I stopped in for lunch, she had the cheese and onion enchiladas, I had the supreme beef burrito. We had a small serving of guacamole and queso to begin. The guacamole could have used a little more onion and cilantro, but the remainder of the meal was great. The burrito I was served would adequately feed a family of four (with no teen-aged boys), a family of two (if one of them is a teen-aged boy).The beef was properly prepared and the proportion of onions, peppers, beans and rice within was right.My wife feels that the true test of a Tex-Mex restaurant, at first attempt, can be shown by the preparation of cheese and onion enchiladas. In this case, Casa Roma succeeded. There was the right amount of onions, the enchiladas virtually melted in her mouth.Our waitress, Alegria, was attentive, prompt and friendly.All in all, a very pleasant, satisfying lunch.Parking: Had to park about a block away on Main Street
