Visited this afternoon with my kids in tow. It was their first time experiencing sushi. The hostess was amazing. So sweet and attentive. She helped us make our choices and had great suggestions. She made both kids feel like they were special. My son enjoyed it so much that he promised he was coming back soon on the way out. Based on the reviews, Edamame American Sushi Bar in Ardmore is a cute gem with a cozy and aesthetic atmosphere. The excellent sushi is super fresh, with great texture on the rice and crunchy vegetables. The Red devil roll was great and unique with crushed pistachios. The yellow tell tuna had good fish quality. The food is amazing, and the peach brule did not disappoint. The crab cakes were great. The staff is awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable, which gave the place a 5-star rating. The environment is clean. It is a must visit while in Ardmore Oklahoma.
