Drive through worker really said “It’s been a rough morning some items ain’t available. Which is no good for me either way when I ordered ahead online and had already paid. He had us pull forward and I continued to wait and in that time 3 vehicles had came and gone. I only ordered 3 individual things. None of which they were out of.. I really think they forgot about us after they moved us forward. 😣
Had to pull out of the drive-thru and wait over 30 minutes for our food. Then they messed up several aspects of our order.
I would love that place if I always didn’t get bad experience when Gabrielle is working window, I had went through the drive-through and got my food like normal ordered my frappe with no whipped cream, and when she handed me my order, I had whipped cream on my frappe, so I asked her to take it off, and then I looked in my bag of food and realized my food was wrong so I had then told her the problem and asked if it could be fixed, which then she proceeds to roll her eyes...read full review
