The staff ignored me. I had to wait to speak to a manager then again I had to wait another 5 minutes to speak to another no called but manager but they weren't managing anything. They were all on their phones. The food was cold and my chicken and nacho cheese chalupa was made wrong. I was told to bring it back but I live 39 min away and I'm not running out my gas because mef taCo bells mess up. How's that fair or right?

Looks like a normal urban taco bell all by itself, almost inconvenient to get to from the highway, but in this town it is an oasis. I drive from OKC to Dallas regularly, and this place has never done me wrong. Do they give me a normal taco sometimes instead of a supreme? Sure. But do they give me meat when I ask for beans? Absolutely never. The bathrooms are clean, accessible, non-gendered, and never backed up or lined up for. The staff are cool, polite, and friendly, even when the drive thru is wrapped around and nacho fries can't fry fast enough. I have never once been glared at for looking queer here, which is hard to find in this stretch of country, and more than just appreciated. This is what an ideal Taco Bell is. When you're here, you're safe, you're fed, and you're valued. Never judged.

Newer Taco Bell with better service than the one on 12
The staff was nice, but food was cold and no cheese on the fiesta potatoes. I'm not trying to be mean, but for the amount I paid, the quality was absolutely horrible. I can make walking tacos at home for a fraction of the price and my food will be hot. Sooooo disappointed in the quality of the food vs what I have received at other taco Bell's.

Took 20 minutes to get my food. Ordered on the app, had to pull around. People behind me who ordered in the drive thru got their food before me. And, to top it off it wasn't what I ordered and half of it was missing! Should have negative stars!

I had just got off work and went got some hot food before having to drive a hour home and I ask the manager to please make sure the fries was fresh and crispy and got a 4 pack rolled chicken tacos she said they just dropped new was right then so i believed her since I did ask to make sure it was fresh i about 4 blocks away went to eat my food and my fries was cold greasy not even cooked all the way and my rolled chicken tacos was still frozen in the middle wow 12 dollars people why do keep paying high a** money for low quality food not me anymore I will get off at 1 am and drive my hour home and cook sad it's came to this
