Looks like a normal urban taco bell all by itself, almost inconvenient to get to from the highway, but in this town it is an oasis. I drive from OKC to Dallas regularly, and this place has never done me wrong. Do they give me a normal taco sometimes instead of a supreme? Sure. But do they give me meat when I ask for beans? First I order a crunch wrap with a lot of items on it I understand but my tortillas were cold and they didn't use the sauce I wanted and only had one of them the Verde and nothing else and the tostada was soggy before I got the food the one on holiday was way better and the staff Jessica and Mike were wonderful when I went to the one on holiday today

The staff ignored me. I had to wait to speak to a manager then again I had to wait another 5 minutes to speak to another no called but manager but they weren't managing anything. They were all on their phones. The food was cold and my chicken and nacho cheese chalupa was made wrong. I was told to bring it back but I live 39 min away and I'm not running out my gas because mef taCo bells mess up. How's that fair or right?
