Food takes forever to get out, poorly ran, employees look like they couldn’t care less, poorly managed amongst other things. One nice thing is that it’s clean so at least you can be frustrated at a clean table. They also stop making the Spicy Chicken items after lunch which removes my personal favorite item off of the menu for half of the opened hours. They are never prepared for the lunch and dinner rush.
