“Employees were friendly and professional. Food was hot and delicious. However, when my food was brought out, employee put food on an empty table away from me left it. I informed staff after 5-10 minutes which they said was my food. They apologized and made me a fresh meal.“

“Each time I've come, I get the Big Dill chicken sandwich. Seriously the best chicken sandwich I've had, the wait in the drive thru is longer than normal. The food is so good that I will gladly wait, it's clear they fry the chicken only when you order it because it is piping hot and so fresh! Prices are totally fair for all the sandwiches, I haven't tried their tenders or salads. If they're anything like their sandwich, I will be more than happy! “Overall I gave this location five stars because the food has always been good, doesn't take too long to get your to-go order, My only complaint would be it doesn't really matter if you go in to get takeout or go through the drive-thru, there's always at least one or two items missing from my order. The people there have always been super nice but for some reason they're just not reading the order correctly or something I don't know what it is. I used to go to the drive-thru and then I would pull over and check my order and would have to go right back in because one or two things were missing, so I finally started to go in to get My to go order and the same thing. Now I could understand if they're really busy but a majority of the times I've gone there they've not been busy at all. I'm going to continue to visit this location and I guess I'll just have to check my order each time.“

When food arrived we had no straws so, we had to get up and I watched my husband wait a long time to ask them for straws bs they were all talking 3-4 of them. I was about to get up and help him be more assertive. They finally noticed. Super super busy. There’s a crosswalk right in front of drive through, so watch for cars. Food was great as usual.“

Parking: If you are are dinning in, you might consider street parking or parking at Red Lobster across the street. That parking lot is a mess.“

“I ordered carry out through the app and showed up a few minutes later. Once inside, I only waited 2–3 minutes to get my order. The pickup area is a bit tucked away around the corner, so it’s easy to miss if you haven’t been there before.

The biggest hassle was just getting to the Chick-fil-A itself, the lot is buried behind other restaurants and shops, so you have to weave through quite a bit to find parking and get in.

That said, the food was great. I tried the grilled BBQ Smokehouse burger and it was top notch. The mac & cheese could use more flavor, but overall, a solid meal.“

“I was a little lost not understanding where they were located. I was helped to the right direction by friendly people. I was ordering for a friend in the VA hospital who is in terrible condition. She wanted a biscuit which Chick-fil-A didn’t have. They got together with other departments and the manager (going out of their way to help me) and found everything my friend wanted.
