“My first time here the food was amazing. I have read many of these reviews, and when I got to experience church’s it was nothing like the reviews said. A lot of these customers look mean and angry maybe that’s the same attitude they received when being rude at these locations. People need to learn how to control themselves when they are in restaurants so customers learn to be nice as well there’s no need to be rude.“

“Yesterday was my first time eating at this restaurant and I absolutely loved it. My family was there to celebrate my nephew's birthday and they all had great things to say as well. This was around lunch time and when we arrived we were greeted and told how the ordering process works. We sat down with our menus to decide what to order then went back to order up front. The young man took time to explain the different heat levels and was patient as we gave him all of our orders. We didn't wait long for our food. Another thing I must highlight is that it was very clean. The tables were clean, silverware clean, and the bathroom was also clean. I also enjoyed the music and the whole vibe. Kudos to the manager on shift also because she truly cares not only for customers but for the employees as well and NashBird is blessed to have her. I only wish I would've gotten her name. I think she'll the one that served our food as well. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will be eating there again.“

“This was our first time at this location. We ordered take out. We got a two tender combo, and then a one slider with mac and cheese. We also got a chocolate shake and loaded fries.

The two tender combo was great. We also ordered extra Dave sauce, honey and ranch. This is the first location that I’ve seen with ranch.

The one slider was good, but it was a cauliflower slider, not a chicken, so I was really surprised. I didn’t know Dave’s had vegetarian options.

The loaded fries were good but soggy by the time we got home.

The chocolate milkshake was good.“

“Ordered breakfast through the app at 10:27am only to get to the restaurant at 10:31am and be told they wouldn't complete our order. When I asked why the guy in the drive thru line was incredibly rude and just stated the cooks were done with breakfast. So it begs the question why did the app let me order. “I was a little lost not understanding where they were located. I was helped to the right direction by friendly people. I was ordering for a friend in the VA hospital who is in terrible condition. She wanted a biscuit which Chick-fil-A didn’t have. They got together with other departments and the manager (going out of their way to help me) and found everything my friend wanted. I was most impressed by their willingness to help me. My friend is now in ICU incubated and unresponsive. It’s the little things that can make all the difference“

“What can I say? I’m a Cane’s girl but one rainy day I pulled into Chick-fil-A and I was fascinated by the systematic efficiency. So I went back a second day and the level service mirrored the level of service of the previous day. Feeling that this couldn’t happen again, I continued to go back. I was greeted by the most courteous and helpful young people.

They run that place like the TSA at the airport. I have only been there once and no one asked me what sauce and then in the end, I saw that all the attendants were running back and forth for sauce for all the cars. I assumed that was a training day, as I saw some new faces. Everyone is allowed one of those days.

The waffle fries are always a pleasure and I guess my biggest complaint is looking at what color they decide my car is. It is always says “Tina black sedan.” “Tina gray sedan.” “Tina brown sedan.” It’s made me want to research exactly what shimmery brown/gold speckled color is called again 😂“
