Grounds 4 Compassion, Brad & Amy Carter are phenomenal servants of our community! I am so grateful Brad is our councilman. I don’t do politics but I have been blessed to go over all the new ordinances that pertains to our homeless friends. It’s can be tricky but I 100% believe that he goes above & beyond for our homeless friends.
