First time visiting and we got the lunch special chicken with vermecheli and it came with an egg roll for $9.50! It was a large portion and it was so delicious. What a gem of a place. Our waiter was super nice to!

Best food I've had in a long time if not ever! Not to mention the staff was exceptionally pleasant and I felt very taken care of. I will definitely be coming back asap and telling everyone I know about this hidden gem. So delicious and nutritious, and I loved the atmosphere as soon as I stepped inside. Thank you Pho 3Nine for the beautiful dinner and amazing service!

The customer service was really good. We appreciate the server Julia being friendly and helpful. The broth in our Pho was rich in flavor, however, it was warm. Pho broth is supposed to be piping hot so your meat cooks thoroughly. Ours did not due to the temperature.
