“This will be my go to sonic from now on. I will even pass 2 other Sonic’s to get here but it’s worth it to spend my money with people who care about their customers.
I had an issue with another location so I reached out to the manager of this store to ask for some advice. I spoke with Kelvin, the GM. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I was upset with how I was spoken to/treated by the other location, so it was such a relief to reach out to someone who actually seemed to care how I was treated and wanted to fix the issue even when he wasn’t involved. He is what you hope to get when in the rare times you have to speak to a manager.
