“Still trying to figure out why they ask for tips here,when there are no waiters or waitresses here an no tables,car hops are paid minimum wage an all they do is bring the food out. That's not extra service. That's doing the job you are already paid to do.if you want to be tipped then work in a restaurant not a fast food place“
“Ordered online and something messed up, the charge went through but did not show up on their system. I talked to the manager and confirmed the charge was taken from my checking account and he personally delivered the order to my home! Went above and beyond and the smash burger was outstanding! Definitely eat here!“
“I'm glad I waited until today to give a review because yesterday's meal was unacceptable. We ordered online, as usual, and when my wife arrived, the fries looked like a small and were ice cold..the burgers were slightly warm but no way off telling which one was different. I went ahead and put in an order for drinks, and after waiting for about 30 minutes, I went thru the drive thru. I got my drinks and asked them to redo my food. They took my bag and about 5 minutes later I got my bag back. I went home only to find that nothing was done except a sticker was put on the one that had extra onions. My husband got on the phone and talked to Gary, and texted the pictures of our meal. He told us that our meal will be replaced. So, today I went to get our replacement meal. The young lady, Sophie, was so polite and courteous. And, I must say, the meal was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect.Thank you, Gary for replacing our order, and Sophie for presenting our order.“
